Genital Cutting in a Globalized Age

I'm co-organising, with Sarah Creighton and Lih-Mei Liao, a major conference in London on 4 July 2008.

The theme of the conference is genital cutting, including surgery for intersex, male circumcision, female genital mutilation, sex reassignment surgery for transsexual people, and genital cosmetic surgery.

The keynote speaker is Bo Laurent (Cheryl Chase), founder of the Intersex Society of North America.
